What is a G-leader?
A G-leader is someone who is both passionate about living Constance’s G values of grace, growth, group, gifts, and generosity—and enthusiastic about promoting G values to those inside and outside Constance. As small group leaders you are "G-leaders."

What is spiritual formation?
Spiritual formation is the process by which God transforms our character from within. Spiritual formation is to be formed Christianly—to have our inner being become more and more like the inner being of Jesus. This act of God’s grace comes freely to those who choose to intentionally engage the journey of a transformed life.

Over the next year, in our G-leader training and development we will intentionally engage five spiritual disciplines in this book from Swindoll that will help us stay rooted and growing biblically as leaders. It is so easy for us to become too “matter-of-fact” in our Christian living and service to God. We need to continue to give serious thought to scripture and theology as it relates to our ministry as leaders.
