Jim Barber has served as a part of the CFC staff for more than 11 years and has had many evolving responsibilities throughout those years.  When Jim joined the staff in March of 1995, it was as Pastor of Administration and Outreach.  Later, he became one of our senior associates and also currently holds responsibilities as the President of BridgeLink (a non-profit organization created by CFC which exists to collaborate with other organizations in mobilizing people and other assets to meet the community needs of Anoka County).  Jim has served our country as a part of the Air Force and holds degrees from the University of Minnesota, Mankato State University and Bethel Seminary.
