So, we invite you to meet others this summer that are at a similar stage of life as you.  Starting on June 22, the young adult ministries will meet most Sunday evenings from 6:00-7:45pm at Constance Free Church (with exception to July 6 and August 3).  See calendar for more info.  Just show up!  Invite a few friends!  Feel free to stay for part of the time, or the whole time.  Free childcare is provided for ages up to 5th grade. 

what is the structure?
It begins in a large group...

1. Dessert - Gathering around tables and sharing dessert together
2. Stories - Sharing life together and telling people our stories
3. Worship - Worshiping through music led by young adults

It ends in a small group (4-12 people at a similar life stage)...

1. Discussion - Using a short film and Scripture as a springboard for discussion on how to experience life transformation
2. Prayer - Bringing our joys, concerns, praise and thanks to God as a group
3. Service - Discovering ways to live and serve those outside our group in the name of Jesus

what ages are represented in these small groups?

There are distinct small groups that consist of:

• 18 year olds to early 20’s (mostly college-aged).  
• 20 year olds to early 30’s (mostly singles).
• Young couples in their 20’s to early 30’s without kids.
• Young couples in their 20’s to early 30’s with kids

Young couples represent one of the largest groups of young adults at Constance with a strong representation of others between 18 years old to early 30's.

Pancakes in the Park (May 17 and June 14)

Since 2005, Mark Swanson and his friends have served approximately 9,000 meals on Saturday mornings in Loring Park, Minneapolis.  The mission is to show God's unconditional love to the homeless and hurting.  We will depart from Constance at 6am, carpool to Loring Park and arrive back around 10:30am.  Space is limited (10 people maximum).  Email Pastor Sean, if you are interested.
