Few churches are blessed with the kind of leaders that are represented by Pastors Randy, Jim Scott and Jim Barber.  Together, they represented more than 40 years of combined ministry at Constance Free Church and have been serving together for more than a decade.  As our senior leaders, they cast vision for our church, oversee the rest of our staff and work closely with our Elder Board.
