Rene has served as a children's and pre-kindergarten teacher for a number for more than a year here at CFC.  Recently, she stepped into leadership responsibilities for our nursery and has a great desire to ensure that your children are well cared for while you experience the various activities that CFC has to offer.  Rene grew up as the daughter of a Navy officer and lived in California, Maryland, Japan and Oregon before settling here in Minnesota.

What was the happiest day of your life?  When my husband and I renewed our wedding vows on our 15th anniversary.  It was a whole family affair - our children even participated by taking vows of purity.  I had been a Christian for 15 years and my husband for 4 years.  I prayed II Peter 3:9 for 11 years for my husband's salvation and it was the scripture I held onto in throughout those years.  Our vows at this ceremony (both ours and our children's) were not just to one another but to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
