christian counseling
If you would benefit from Christian counseling, our pastoral staff can assist you in the referral process.  We draw upon a range of therapists with different areas of specialty.

elders prayer ministry
According to James 5, in our time of need we ought to call upon the Elders of the church for prayer.  Elders are available to pray for you before or after worship services or another time that is convenient to you.

financial counseling
This ministry provides financial counseling and assessment to help families, couples, or individuals at Constance solve their financial difficulties.

job transition ministry
The purpose of this ministry is to identify and explore ways to fulfill your unique career goals, and develop winning strategies for an effective job search that increases the time you use to make contacts and schedule interviews.  We will help you locate and interact with individuals who work for or who personally know useful information about companies you are targeting for employment.  JTM will also help you overcome common and not-so-common job search barriers, as well as determine unique ways to fulfill the needs of your family during this stressful time.

stephen ministry
Stephen is a ministry of one-to-one care-giving.  A Stephen Minister will come along side of you in times of need to provide the ministry of encouragement.  Stephen Ministers have been trained in crises such as divorce, grief/loss, depression, and hospitalization.
