prayer team
The Prayer Team is a ministry available during the day or evening.  If a situation that requires prayer arises, enable others in the church to pray for you simply by calling the prayer line at 763.434.5995 ext. 37 or sending an email to the prayer team.  You may also submit a request using our online form by clicking here.

benevolence
In times of financial crisis, the Constance Free Church family is able to respond through the ministry of the Benevolence Fund.  If you are a regular attender and encounter a financial hardship, we can meet with you to discuss your situation and the possibility of providing assistance.

helping hands
This ministry can provide meals for you and your family, prepared and delivered by people from Constance.  In times of need (childbirth, illness, death of family member) many have benefited from this ministry.
