Jim Scott joined the staff at Constance Free Church in 1996. Since then he has served in several capacities and now provides strategic leadership as our Executive Pastor. Jim is passionate about developing leaders and empowering them to serve in the church.

Jim is married to Denise. They have three children and one beautiful grandson.  Jim is a well-rounded individual who appreciates cultural experiences, enjoys reading, hunting, and serving the Lord.
