Constance Free Church utilizes a computerized check-in system.  At check-in, parents receive a tag with a family number for each of their children (Nursery through 5th grade), a name tag and check in sheet for each child.  The name tag is for the child to wear while in the Nursery or Sonday Adventure class.  The check-in slip goes to a volunteer on duty.  It tells the volunteers which adults are authorized to pick up the child and any medical or special needs information.  Families will be visually paged in the worship center using the family number (on label) if their child needs their attention.  When picking up a child following service, parents need to show their family label with their child's number on it to a volunteer.  Only parents or authorized adults are allowed to pick up children.  Authorization forms are available at the check in stations.

Regular Attendees:

  1. Check-in your child at one of the computer check-in stations.
  2. When entering the Nursery or Sonday Adventure classroom, you will be greeted and asked for the check-in sheet.
  3. When dropping off your child in the Nursery, note which cubby you have placed any diaper bags or other personal effects in (and be sure that any articles left have identification on them so that they may be returned to you in the event they are left behind).  Also, mark on the check-in sheet if your child is potty training and may need help going to the bathroom.
  4. When picking your child up (Nursery or Sonday Adventure), your family tag is required.  Please show the tag to a volunteer.  Your child will not be released to anyone other than a parent without prior knowledge and signed authorization sheet.

Guests:

  1. Check-in your child at the New Family Check-In Station located in the lobby at the Guest Services Desk. Here our volunteers will answer any questions you may have about our Children's Ministry and can help register your children. From there a host will escort you to the appropriate classroom for your children.
  2. When entering the Nursery or Sonday Adventure classroom, you will be greeted and asked for your check-in sheet.  Please provide any information that would be helpful to a volunteer.
  3. When dropping off your child in the Nursery, feel free to place your diaper bags or other personal effects in any cubby along the wall and note the number on the check-in sheet (be sure that any articles left have identification on them so that they may be returned to you in the event they are left behind.)
  4. When picking your child up (Nursery or Sonday Adventure), the matching tag is required and the child will not be released to anyone other than a parent without prior knowledge and a signed authorization sheet.

Please enjoy your time with us.  We want you and your children to feel welcome and secure.  Please contact Jill Discher, our Director of Children's Ministries if you have any additional questions.
