    How many bands give YOU the chance to join?

    Because watchword:truth is - first and foremost - a worship band committed to ministry in the local church, there may be a place for you to join the band!  We hold to high standards, placing great value on commitment to Christ, excellence in artistry, and integrity in character. If you live in the Twin Cities area and would like to audition for watchword:truth, please be aware of the following guidelines before submitting your application:

    1. You must at least 16 years old to apply.
    2. We value our commitment to our church and ask that you have attended CFC regularly for at least 3 months.
    3. While there are many great musicians out there, we look for people who fit 3 main areas:
    • Life - we want people who are in a committed, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and who are seeking to live a lifestyle of worship.
    • Ability - we seek people with excellent vocal and/or instrumental ability.  As part of this, we ask that vocalists possess the ability to sing harmonies, blend well, and stay on pitch.
    • Style - we require our musicians to fit stylistically with the music we utilize at Constance Free Church.
