We would love to get your student conncected with High School Ministries at Constance! The first step we encourage you to take is to have new students to check out The Gathering and House Groups as soon as possible. These times are specifically designed to help students grow and help them build meaningful relationships.

We understand that building new relationships takes time and isn't always a quick process. So, we encourage your student to take a "One-Month Challenge" where he or she commits to attend every High School Ministries event for at least one month. This will help provide opportunities to more deeply connect with other high school students and ministry leaders at Constance.

We find the greatest impact occurs when both the church and the family assist in the development of the student. As such, we desire that parents be informed. We hold two Parents In Touch meetings each year - in the Fall and the Spring - to keep parents up to date on connection opportunities for students in High School Ministries. Additionally, we encourage parents to take some time to read the House Group Discussion Questions which are being used on Wednesday evenings in a home setting, and to listen to messages from The Gathering online [coming soon]. We also encourage families to make use of the Drive It Home question at the bottom of each Sunday's sermon notes. High School Ministries generally follows the same weekend teaching plan as the adult services and the Drive It Home question is specifically designed to help families engage in conversations.

Please keep our ministries in prayer and know that we are always looking for volunteers (including parents) to serve on our ministry team. High School Ministries is a great way to invest your time strategically in God's Kingdom-building work. If you're interested in serving, download the Volunteer Recruitment packet, complete the included application, and contact Stephanie Foertsch, our High School Ministries Administrative Coordinator, to set up an appointment.

If you need further assistance connecting your student, please don't hesitate to contact us. Feel free to contact any member of the High School Ministries team - we'd love to help!
